4-H Horse Show 'leads' Stevens County Fair
MORRIS - The 4-H Horse Show was held Wednesday at the Stevens County Fairgrounds.
The horse show always leads the way for local 4-Hers as they get ready for another busy Stevens County Fair.
The 139th annual Stevens County Fair officially kicks off on Wednesday, August 8 with the always popular Fair Supper featuring this year's Kiwanis Talent Show winners.
New attractions at this year's fair include the Green Fire Irish Dance Troupe performing free on Thursday; ImagiNIck appearing on Thursday and Friday; and "Farmer Bob" with shows Thursday through Sunday. Saturday's grandstand event will feature the Buffington MRA/URA Rodeo.
The traditional favorites are back, including the Brodini Magic Show, Halls of Magic Show, Sherwin Linton, the Enduro Race on Friday, and the Demo Derby on Sunday.
The Stevens County Fair offers free admission, free parking, and lots of free entertainment. "Come on over... Have some fun... at the Stevens County Fair!"
