47th Annual Donnelly Threshing Bee begins Saturday

The 47th Annual Donnelly Threshing Bee will be held today and tomorrow.

Here is the schedule for Saturday's events:

7:00 a.m - 9:00 a.m. Pancake Breakfast: Served in the steel building.

8:30 a.m. Softball Tournament Registration

9:00 a.m. Softball Tournament

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Antique Tractor Pull registration and Weigh-in: Contact Greg Greiner or Barry Gades

NO DRIVERS UNDER 16 ALLOWED

11:30 a.m. Kiddie Parade: line up at west gate

1:30 p.m. Kiddie Tractor Pull: Near the big top tent; Ages 4 & under; 5-6; 7-8

2:00 p.m. Antique Tractor Pull

7:00 p.m Coronation on the Depot stage

8:00 p.m. - 12:00 am Dance at Donnelly Hall; Featuring band "Pure Country"

Sunday, August 26

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Open Air Church Service (under big top tent) with music by Tom and Pearl Homing of Chokio

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Classic Car Show Registration at Aanerud Field

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Classic Car Show

1:30 p.m. Big Parade with Machinery Parade

2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Silent Auction

2:45 p.m. Classic Car Show Awards and the parade winners will be announced

3:00 p.m. Horse Pulling Contest, Pony Pull first followed by Horse Pull

4:00 p.m. Cash Prizes and Toy Tractor; Drawing at Depot (following horse pull)
