The advisory is in effect from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 4 p.m. Wednesday. Light snow is expected to develop this evening and become heavier overnight.

Snow and blowing could limit visibilities, and roadways could be slippery. Magnifying the potential driving problems are high winds between 30 miles per hour to 40 mph and gusts that could reach 60 mph.
