Area Weather: Labor Day is coming, signalling the end of summer
We are going to be heading towards the Labor Day Weekend next weekend! That is a sure sign that the summer is coming to an end.
Have you had a chance to do everything that you wanted to do this summer? Did you read that book yet? Did you get away to some place fun this summer?
Of course, the Minnesota State Fair is underway and continues until Labor Day. There is so much to see and do at the big Minnesota "Get Together." Of course, there is so much to eat as well! My wife and I are planning on putting that on our list of things to do this weekend.
Also, this week and all month long during the month of September you can see Jupiter. Jupiter is visible all evening in Capricornus.
Saturn, unfortunately, is in conjunction with the sun this month so it is out of sight. I love the month of September as the nights are often clear and cool and great for sky viewing!
