Bail set at $1.5 million for Willmar, Minn., man charged with attempted murder for shooting at cop
WILLMAR, Minn. -- A judge has set bail at $1.5 million for a 26-year-old Willmar man who is charged with first-degree attempted murder of a peace officer for allegedly shooting at a Willmar police officer.
Leroy Diaz Evans also faces five first-degree burglary charges for two alleged home invasions that led up to the Wednesday evening shooting.
