Beltrami County Court Report for September 2

The following cases were heard Aug. 27 by Beltrami County District Court John Melbye:
-- Arlen James Stately Jr., 40, of Bemidji, was sentenced for felony third-degree burglary.
He was sentenced to 21 months in prison and was given credit for 115 days served. He must pay a $50 fine and $85 in fees. He also must pay $5,420 in restitution.

The following cases were heard Aug. 23-24 by Beltrami County District Court Shari Schluchter:
-- Ronald James Lemasters, 27, of Lake City, Minn., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor domestic abuse, violating a no contact order within 10 years of a previous conviction.
He was sentenced to one year in jail and was given credit for 103 days served. A $50 fee was waived. He must pay $110 in fees.
-- Fernando Louis May-Gil-Garcia, 27, of Minneapolis, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor terroristic threats.
He was sentenced to one year in jail with 39 days stayed for two years. He must serve 326 days in jail. He was placed on probation for two years. He must pay a $200 fine and $160 in fees. Restitution was reserved.
