Bison graces Willie's Super Valu for NDSU title game

MORRIS - Bison fans and North Dakota State University alumni (from left) Tom Noel, Shane Decker, and Max Martin are gearing up for the team's second straight appearance in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision title game on Saturday. The three proud Bison fans pose by a stuffed bison head now on display at Willie's Super Valu.

Decker owns the bison head. The bison head came by way of his uncle, Decker said, who is a bison farmer in Milnor, N.D. The bison head often used at tailgating parties for NDSU football games. However, this is the bison's first retail appearance.

The Bison take on Sam Houston State at noon on Saturday in the national championship game. It's a rematch of last year's title game won by NDSU.
