Canadian man who said God told him to stab another man at Moorhead rest stop will stand trial
MOORHEAD - The criminal case against a Canadian man accused of nearly stabbing another man to death at a rest stop near here will proceed, the Clay County attorney said Monday.
The case against Harmit Bhangu, 32, was on hold after he was determined to be incompetent to stand trial.
But doctors have now determined that he is capable to assist with his defense, said Clay County Attorney Brian Melton.
