MORRIS – College is back in session and the fall sports season has begun, with elementary and high school students soon joining their college counterparts. This is also the start of the season of questions and complaints to the police department about the increased number of people out walking, running, and riding bikes. Officers often receive inquiries, and more often complaints, of people walking on the streets or of bicyclists nearly being hit by vehicles.
