City Council postpones meeting with Riley Bros. Properties
MORRIS, Minn. -- A planned presentation from local developer Riley Bros. Properties about their plans for the old elementary school property has been postponed.
Last month, the Morris City Council acting as the Morris Economic Development Authority, tabled making a decision about the fate of the property until they could hear a presentation from a representative from Riley Bros. Properties. The presentation was planned for this Tuesday, Sept. 10 at the EDA's regular meeting.
City Manager Blaine Hill said the company is not ready to make presentation , but they may present at the EDA's next meeting on Sept. 24.
