WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16
AARP IS offering free Driver Safety Program classes in honor and appreciation of the men and women who have served in our military, during the month of November. All active duty, retired, veterans, widows or widowers of veterans, National Guard, Coast Guard, and reserve members are eligible for the free Driver Safety Program course. Some form of military I.D., DD-214, VFW card or other proof of service is requested before class begins. All who are eligible must pre-register for the free courses. The 4-hour refresher courses will be held on Nov, 16 at 1:30 p.m. The 8-hour introductory course is held in two 4-hour blocks on Nov. 29 and 30 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. each day. All classes will be held at the Morris Senior Center, 603 Oregon Ave., Morris. Please call 320-208-6600 to register. Seating is limited to the first 25 who register. Remember, this offer is for the classes during the month of November only.
