55+ DRIVER IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM OFFERED ( 8 hr. first time course) by the Minnesota Highway Safety Center from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 12 and 13 in the Community Room in the Otter Tail Power building in Morris. The Driver Improvement course is open to the public; pre-registration is requested. A Minnesota Highway Safety & Research Center certified instructor teaches this class. Beneficial Insects: How to attract the good guys to your garden. Learn how to create a yard that welcomes wildlife. Whether you have a small patio garden or a large lot in the country, you can provide an inviting habitat for butterflies, bees and songbirds. Led by Dr. Margaret Kuchenreuther, associate professor of biology at UMM. Lunch begins at noon, the half hour program begins at 12:15 p.m. at the AgCountry Auditorium at WCROC.
