A 55+ DRIVER IMPROVEMENT COURSE will be offered from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Otter Tail Power building, 23 E 6th Street, Morris. This a refresher course. An eight-hour first-time course will be offered March 19 and 20 in Morris. The Driver Improvement course is open to the public; pre-registration is required.
