A NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE Certified severe weather spotter training course will be offered from 2 to 4 p.m. at the West Central Research and Outreach Center for for those interested in becoming a trained severe weather spotter for the National Weather Service in this area of western Minnesota. MINNESOTA FIREARMS Safety classes will be at 7 p.m.  There will be seven more classes on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays and they will be held in the Hancock Community Center.
