The first goal came from Matt Vik at the 53rd minute, assisted by Shingo Yamane. Vik shot from the right side of the box as he sent in a laser to the back of the net. This is Vik's first goal of the season. Yamane recorded his fifth assist and leads the team in that category.

The second goal was unassisted by Momodou Jallow at the 75th minute. Jallow scored off a penalty kick just outside of the box. He aimed it at the top left corner of the goal, just out of the reach of the goalie. This is Jallow's third goal of the season

The men controlled the tempo of the game as they put up four shots on goal compared to two for the Vikings. They had possession of the ball for a majority of the game.

Matthew Yost had two saves and now has 29 saves on the season. This is his second shutout and his record now moves to 3-3-0.
