Courthouse practices lockdown during intruder exercise
MORRIS, Minn. - The Stevens County Courthouse went into lockdown on Tuesday afternoon while county employees and emergency officials participated in an Intruder/Active Shooter exercise.

IT Director Scott Busche, playing the intruder, took County Attorney Aaron Jordan hostage.
The Stevens County Sheriff's Department, the Morris Police Department, members of the UMM police department, county dispatchers, West Central SWAT and the Stevens County Ambulance participated in the exercise.
