Deane is two-time Geographic Bee champion
Returning champion Lucy Deane won the 2012-2013 National Geographic Bee at Morris Area Elementary School Wednesday.

Deane was last year's champion as a fourth grader.
Ben Giese was this year's runner up.
Other finalists included Sequoia Wyckoff, Ben Travis, Ryan Dingman, Sam Burks, Jack Riley, Jaret Johnson, LeAndra Horman, and Joseph Kleinwolterink.
Deane will now advance to the written-test round.
