Driver injured in one vehicle rollover on Highway 59

MORRIS -- At approximately 4:45 a.m. Thursday the Morris Fire Department responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on Highway 59, one mile south of County Road 22.

The driver, a 28-year-old female, was trapped in the car and had to be extricated by Morris Fire and Rescue.

According to Morris Fire Chief Dave Dybal, the driver was wearing a seat belt and appeared to only have minor injuries. The driver was transported to Stevens Community Medical Center for further evaluation.

Assistance at the scene was provided by Stevens County Ambulance, the Morris Police Department, and the Stevens County Sheriff's Office.
