Filing period open for Hancock School Board, City Council
HANCOCK, Minn., The filing period for Hancock School board began on July 31 and ends on Aug. 14. Up for re-election will be Ken Feuchtenberger, Randy Reese and Barry Nelson.

The city council filing period is also open from July 31 to Aug. 14. The mayor position and two council seats will be up for election. Up for re-election will be Mayor Bruce Schmidgall and Councilmen Dennis Schroeder and Brett Nelson. The mayor position is a two year term and council seats are for four years.
