Tyler Hansen scored five goals to lead Morris Benson Area to a 12-1 win over Windom on Monday.
The Storm are now 6-0-1 in the Southwest Conference and 10-5-1 overall.
The Storm put the game away early, scoring seven first-period goals to take a 7-1 lead at the intermission.
Hansen got the Storm on the board first, scoring two goals, before Windom scored their lone goal of the night to draw to within 2-1. Ethan Ratliff-Crain got the next two goals, one on the power play. Jordan Staples was the next goal scorer for the Storm and then Engquist got another power-play goal for MBA. Hansen completed his hat trick with the final goal of the period.
With the goal Hansen passed Tony Schultz to become the leading goal scorer in MBA Storm history. He ended the night with a career total of 83 goals, topping Schultz's mark of 80.
Storm goalie Andrew Fath made five saves in the period.
Paden Strutz replaced Fath in goal in the second period and he stopped all six shots that he saw as the Storm scored twice on their own to increase their lead to 9-1. Brody Gimberlin got the first goal of the period on another power play and Hansen got the other goal.
MBA tacked on another three goals in the final period, one by Hansen and another by Schwarz, with Tanner Picht tacking on the final goal of the game.
Strutz stopped the only shot on goal that he faced in the period.
