A celebration of life will be held for Fred Cudrio on Saturday, Aug. 7 from 1-4 p.m. at Providence Place, 3720 23rd Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55407. No flowers please. A graveside ceremony will be held at Summit Cemetery in Morris at a later date.
Fred B. Cudrio was born on March 27, 1945 in Minneapolis. He attended school and graduated in Morris. As a youth he enjoyed hunting, fishing, raising pigeons and playing practical jokes on his friends. He was employed as a mechanic and at one time, owned his own shop. For the majority of his life he was a tow truck driver. He was a collector of business cards, model cars, muscle cars to restore, auto parts and parts books. His greatest collection of all was his friends.
Fred died on July 27, 2010 after a short battle with cancer.
He is survived by his mother June Cudrio of Barrett and sister Patricia (Jim) Demo of Barrett. Several nieces and nephews: Lori (Honer) Riley, Donald and Michelle Pedersen, Lynn and Paul Koenen, Jeanie and Curt Weinreis, Jill and Alex Ortiz, Jeff Demo, Jackie Demo, Jessie and Kevin Tolefson and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, sister, niece and grandparents.
