Business owners, how often have you or your employees needed or wanted to learn the basics of a computer software program like Word, Excel, Power Point or 146 other PC and Mac based software applications? How often have you or your employees been using a particular software program and don't remember or know which keystroke performs which function?

Wouldn't it be nice to have access to a library of online software training packages that you or your employees could access to 24/7?

The Stevens County Economic Improvement Commission (SCEIC) is offering free one-year subscriptions to Atomic Training.com to businesses in Stevens County. Any business in Stevens County is eligible for a free one-year subscription to a creative and beneficial online software training company (AtomicTraining.com) that allows individualized and comprehensive software training for those who have no experience with 149 software programs for PC or Mac based computers or for those who just need a refresher on specific functions of a software program.

Atomic Training.com is located in Little Falls, Minn. and the United Kingdom. The company provides software training for off-the-shelf software programs and training modules for customized software programs.

The Morris Public Library has access to all of Atomic Training.com's learning modules and is available free to the public. The Hancock Public Library will also have Atomic Training.com available free to the public.

Atomic Training.com is a partner in the Broadband Technical Opportunities Program (BTOP) grant from the US Department of Commerce, under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, to the C.K. Blandin Foundation and the Stevens County Economic Improvement Commission (SCEIC) and the Minnesota Intelligent Rural Community Program (MIRC).
