Hancock city election results

Bruce Malo narrowly defeated Jeff Flaten in the race for the mayor of Hancock. Malo received 190 votes for 53.67 percent and Flaten received 157 voles for 44.35 percent.

In the race for city council, Dennis Schroeder was re-elected with 229 votes. Bob Staples will fill the seat vacated when Jeff Kisgen chose not to run for re-election. Staples received 201 votes.

Ron Coates received 114 votes, Ray Hoberg Sr. 35 votes and there were ten write-in votes cast.
