Hancock FFA teams compete at outdoor competitions

Congratulations to the group of FFAers who attended the outdoor competitions on Wednesday, September 16. The orienteering team of Quincy and Levi Carter, Brady Koehl, Daniel Lonneman, and Evan Nelson placed third out of seven teams. The sporting clays team consisted of Travis Nohl, Cory Schroeder, Wade Feuchtenberger, Mark Schaefer and Bryce Wilson. Travis got the high from Hancock hitting 36 out of 50 clays. Andrew Steiner competed in the Ironman competition which is orienteering, archery and clays. Thanks to Tim Schaefer for being the chaperone.

On Monday, September 21, four members from Hancock attended the Region 3 Fall Rally. The two greenhands who attended were Evan Nelson and Levi Carter. They attended sessions where they learned about competitions and FFA. Andrew Steiner and Quincy Carter, were the two officers who attended and went to sessions where they learned how to become better leaders and met people from around the region. It was a fun day and they all learned a lot.
