The Owls had two possessions in the third quarter, both of which would end in punts. CGB again scored twice in the third to take a 62-0 lead going into the fourth.
In the fourth, the Owls broke the shutout on a two yard run by Collin Cunningham, two point pass from Taylor Holleman to Jordan Miller made the score 62-8 in favor of CGB. CGB would return the ensuing kickoff 87 yards to make the final score 68-8.
"We did not come out ready to play today", said Coach Chad Christiansen. "CGB has a great team and played hard from start to finish. We need to get back to work as we have a real short week this week traveling to Verndale on Tuesday night to take on the Pirates."
