Hancock school election results

The Hancock Public School referendum renewal passed by an overwhelming margin and voters also elected three people to the Hancock School Board on Tues., Nov. 6.

The referendum was approved by 80 percent of the voters with 500 voting yes and 125 voting no.

In the race for school board, Barry Nelson, Gary Nohl and Troy Hausmann were elected to fill the vacancies.

The vote totals were:

Troy Hausmann 371

Barry Nelson 505

Gary Nohl 416

Fred Crowell 195

Write-in 14
