On Sept. 27, the Ortonville Trojans came to the Hancock gym to play the Owls. Hancock came out with a spark and won in three matches, 25-22, 25-19 and 25-23. Hancock was all over the floor, diving and digging for balls.
"It was a fun game to watch," said Coach Tara Thielke. "The girls played with a lot of energy and you could tell by the smiles on their face that they were having fun! The win against Ortonville was over all a team victory. They all played so well. These girls are a family., They all contribute something different that makes this family successful and when we all play well, good things happen!"
