Hwy. 12 bridge near Kerkhoven opens

The U.S. Highway 12 bridge near Kerkhoven is now open for traffic, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has announced. The detour was lifted Tuesday afternoon. The bridge was closed June 1 for deck resurfacing, and construction of new approach panels and guardrail. ams
