Junior High Hancock football team takes first place at tournament

The Hancock junior high football team took first place at a tournament held recently in Browns Valley. Game 1 was Hancock 12 over Tri-State 8. Game 2 results were Hancock 32 over Wilmot 0. In game 3 Hancock 22 over Browns Valley 6.

Game 1 results: Owl touchdowns were scored by Kaleb Keohl with a six yard touch down run and Noah Kannegiesser had a four yard TD pass from Kaleb.  Tackles were made by Noah Kannegiesser (1 solo), Matt Steege (1 assist), Kaleb Koehl (1 solo, 1 assist), Chase Cunningham (2 assists), Warren Osterman (1 solo), Ty Feuchtenberger (2 solo, 1 assist) and Connor Reese (1 assist).

Game 2 results: Owl touchdowns were scored by Noah Kannegiesser 30 yard touchdown run followed by a two point conversion pass from Kaleb Keohl to Matt Steege.  The next score was from a 25 yard TD run by Ty Feuchtenberger followed by a two point conversion run from Noah Kannegiesser.  The next score was from a two yard run from Matt Steege followed by a two point conversion run for three yards by Ty Feuchtenberger.  The final TD was a 30 yard run by Kaleb Koehl followed by a two point conversion three yard run by Ty Feuchtenberger.  Tackles were made by Matt Steege (1 assist, 1 interception), Kaleb Keohl (1 assist), Chase Cunningham (1 solo), Warren Osterman (1 assist), Ty Feuchtenberger (1 solo, 1 assist), Zach Flaten (1 assist), Tanner Pahl (1 assist), Montana Molden (1 solo).

Game 3 results: Owls touchdowns were scored by Noah Kannegiesser on a interception return for a touchdown followed by a two point conversion two yard run by Ty Feuchtenberger.  Next score came from Matt Steege.  Final touchdown was on a 22 yard run by Noah Kannegiesser followed by a two point conversion run by Peyton Rohloff.
