Lemcke hearing delayed
BENSON -- A hearing at which prosecutors are expected to outline their case against Andrew Gordon Lemcke, 34, of Appleton, has been re-scheduled to May 15.
Lemcke faces first degree, premeditated murder and second degree, intentional murder charges in the Sept. 12, 2004 shooting death of his wife, Nichole Riley-Lemcke, 26.
Lemcke is currently free on conditions after posting $10,000 bail. He had waived extradition and returned from Arizona to appear in court Dec. 19.
