Lloyd C. Neudick
Lloyd C. Neudick, 92, died Monday, Dec. 27, 2010 at the Central Montana Medical Center due to congestive heart failure.
Lloyd was born Feb. 18, 1918, in Donnelly, to John and Hilda (Anderson) Neudick. He came to Danvers in 1936. He worked in the Danvers and Kolin area until he entered the Army in 1941. He served in Hawaii during World War II. He returned to Danvers after the war.
On Nov. 12, 1946, in Danvers he was united in marriage to Mildred Barta. She preceded him in death in 1999.
He farmed in the Harwood Bench area near Danvers for 41 years. He retired and moved into Lewistown in 1984.
Lloyd was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, the Eagles Lodge and the Moose Lodge.
He enjoyed hunting in his younger years and woodworking his entire life. He donated time to Central Montana Hospice and Central Montana Skilled Nursing Center through his skills of woodworking. He made toys, wooden airplanes, car carriers and trucks. Lloyd was always willing to help others.
Survivors include a sister, Evelyn Tweedy, of Phoenix, Ariz., one brother-in-law, several sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Funeral liturgy was held at St. Leo's Catholic Church on Jan. 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. Burial was at Lewistown City Cemetery.
