Local law enforcement seeks information about high speed chase

MORRIS -- The Morris Police Department and Stevens County Sheriff's Office are looking for information from the public regarding a high speech chase west of Morris on Wednesday. 

Between about 5:13 and 5:30 p.m. on May 7, both offices were involved with a motor vehicle pursuit west of Morris on Highway 28. 

The agencies would like to speak with any other motorists who were on Highway 28 and were forced to take evasive actions on or about the time of the pursuit.
