Longcrow accepts plea deal for stabbing
A man charged in an October 2008 stabbing in Morris pled guilty to first-degree assault and could face between six and nine years in prison.
John Lewis Longcrow, 25, accepted a plea deal in Stevens County District Court on Friday for stabbing Ronnie White Mountain multiple times during an argument at the Lamplighter Apartment on West 5th Street in Morris.
In addition to assault, Longcrow was facing attempted murder charges in the incident.
