One of the top five worst winter storms in the last 10 to 20 years. That's how veteran meteorologists described the combination of blizzard conditions and frigid temperatures that hit the Morris area Friday. An intense low pressure from the Great Plains invaded western Minnesota bringing 5 to 7 inches of snow and sustained winds of 30 miles per hour, with gusts up to 40.
