Items from the Tribune of May 6, 1921
At the meeting of the Commercial Club last Friday evening N. Vinje called attention to the fact that 50 years ago this summer the first buildings were erected in Morris, and he proposed that a semi-centennial celebration be put on here some time this summer either on the Fourth of July or at some other date. It is expected that the matter will be considered at a future meeting.
