Items from the Sun of February 10, 1953
A huge new transformer which arrived last week from one of General Electric's eastern plants and is now being installed at the Otter Tail Power company's sub-station between Morris and Alberta. The huge transformer came by rail to Alberta on a specially built underslung railroad car, then was trucked by a crew from the Northolt Electric Co. of Grand Forks, N.D., which is installing the unit, to the substation.
