MATTSON-STRAND ENGAGEMENT

Cory Strand and Rebecca Mattson announce their engagement. Cory is the son of Margaret and David Strand of Starbuck. Rebecca is the daughter of Eleanor Mattson of South St. Paul, and John Mattson of Thief River Falls. A May 2, 2009, wedding is planned in Excelsior. Cory graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science in Bioprocess and Agricultural Engineering and is employed as a mechanical engineer by RFA Minnesota Engineering in Eden Prairie. Rebecca graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Accountancy and is employed as an accountant/auditor by Ambrion Inc. in Bloomington.
