Minnesota 4-H Foundation hires Brad Starbuck as new regional development officer

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The Minnesota 4-H Foundation has hired Brad Starbuck as their new regional development officer for the southwest region of Minnesota.

Starbuck will raise gifts and contributions that support University of Minnesota Extension's 4-H youth development program in the southwest region of Minnesota. He will work under the direction of Cara Miller, the Minnesota 4-H Foundation executive director.

Starbuck grew up as a 4-H'er in Missouri. His most recent professional experience includes more than seven years as director of marketing and enrollment development at Missouri University of Science and technology, where he oversaw community outreach and programming to encourage kids to explore math and science. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural business development from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Starbuck will be located in the Willmar Regional Extension office, and will work with 4-H educators and program coordinators in the southwest region of the state. He can be contacted at bstarbuck@umn.edu.
