MORRIS, Minn. --  A  blizzard warning for west central Minnesota has been downgraded, but a winter weather advisory remains in effect until noon Monday for much of the area, including the Morris, Benson, Herman, Glenwood and Alexandria areas. Strong winds will cause blowing and drifting snow, and white-out conditions are possible in open areas.  Northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph, are forecast expected, the Weather Service says.
