Northwestern claims UMAC Volleyball Championship, NCAA Tournament Bound

The Northwestern College volleyball team defeated the College of St. Scholastica 3-0 to win the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Volleyball Tournament Championship.

Eagles setter Krista Stoltz  was named the UMAC Volleyball Tournament MVP for her performance throughout the entire tournament. Stoltz had 47 set assists in the win and a total of 95 throughout the tournament. 

With the win, Northwestern earned the UMAC's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament, which begins next week.
