The potato is comfort food. It's also the most favorite vegetable for many people. Nutritionally, the potato supplies complex carbohydrates that are essential for energy and a very low amount of protein. It is rich in the minerals iron and magnesium and supplies all the vital nutrients except calcium and vitamins A and D. It is a source of potassium, vitamin C, iron and fiber. With that said, let's make potatoes! The first recipe comes from my cousin.
