Hamburger, ground beef, ground chuck, ground sirloin- whichever you prefer- what would we do without it? A good many things besides casseroles and plain hamburgers. The following recipes I found in a couple of cookbooks, which I think look great. Meatloaf is always a favorite, anyhow.
Meatloaf with Ranch Dressing and Fried Onions
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C. ketchup
3/4 C. herb seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
