Having had no brilliant ideas this week, I started looking through some cookbooks and came up with several kinds of breads. By the way, thank you to all for sending thoughts and prayers for me through this cancer thing- the cards have just been great! Thank you again and again.


Simple Focaccia Bread

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

1 T. honey

1 tsp. dried basil

1 T. Italian seasoning

1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed

2 T. olive oil
