Pizza is something that most people like, so I thought I'd actually share a few recipes rather than just make them from scratch with no recipe to follow. Sound good?

Bacon & Potato Breakfast Pizza

1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1 box (9 oz.) Green Giant® frozen roasted potatoes with garlic and herbs

4 eggs

1/3 C. milk

8 slices packaged precooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)

Salt and pepper, if desired

2 T. chopped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough in pan; press in bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides to form crust. Press perforations to seal. Bake 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut small slit in center of roasted potatoes pouch; microwave on High 2-3 minutes or until thawed. Remove potatoes from pouch; cut larger pieces in half. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, bacon, 1 cup of the cheese, the thawed potatoes, salt and pepper. Spoon potato mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the parsley over top. Bake 20-25 minutes or until well set and edges are golden brown. To serve, cut into squares.

German-Style Sausage Pizza

1 can (13.8 oz.) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust

1/3 C. apricot preserves

8 oz. uncooked bratwurst links (original flavor), casings removed

1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)

1 C. well-drained sauerkraut (from 14 oz. can)

1 1/2 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)

Heat oven to 400°. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough on pan; press dough to edge of pan. Bake 8-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Brush preserves over dough; set aside. Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage, onion and sauerkraut; cook over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally and breaking up sausage, until sausage is no longer pink. Remove sausage mixture with slotted spoon, spoon evenly over preserves on crust. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 13-19 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Southwest Sloppy Joe Pizza

1 can Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 medium onion. chopped (1/2 cup)

1/4 C. diced jalapeno chilies

1/4 tsp. ground mustard

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

1 C. Thick 'n Chunky salsa

1/2 C. Concord grape jelly

2 C. shredded mild Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Heat oven to 400°. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough on cookie sheet; press dough into 10x15 inch rectangle. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and chilies over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked, drain well. Stir mustard, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salsa and jelly into beef mixture. Cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Spread beef mixture over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8-16 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Pepperoni Pizza Snacks

1 box (10.6 Oz.) Pillsbury® refrigerated Italian breadsticks (any flavor)

20 slices pepperoni (about 1 1/2 oz.)

20 cubes (1/2 inch) Mozzarella (1/2 inch)

1 C. pizza sauce, heated

Heat oven to 375°. Spray 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray. Remove dough from can. Unroll dough; separate into strips. Cut each strip in half crosswise to make 20 pieces. Press each piece to form 2 1/2 inch square. Top each square with 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 cheese cube. Wrap dough around filling to completely cover; firmly press edges to seal. Place spread mixture from breadstick package in small microwave bowl. Microwave on High 1-20 seconds or until melted. ip each filled dough snack in melted spread mixture. Place seam side down with sides touching in pan. Drizzle with any remaining spread mixture. Bake 15-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 3 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm snacks with warm pizza sauce.
