Police report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Disorderly Conduct
6:25 p.m. Friday, Second Street Northwest. A report of a male with pants around his knees. A group was located near Library Park. Two males were cited for open containers.
Accident
3:14 p.m. Friday, Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Two vehicle property damage accident on state Highway 197 and Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. One driver was arrested on a warrant and cited for an expired license and no insurance.
7:43 a.m. Friday, 100 block of Second Street Northwest. A report of an overnight hit and run.
Peace disturbance
12:25 a.m. Friday, 2700 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. Caller reported a loud party on Irvine Avenue. Several males were cited; one was arrested.
Sheriff’s report
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls:
Theft
6:56 p.m. Friday, 8000 Irvine Avenue Northwest. A report of a gas drive-off.
Property Damage
6:50 p.m. Friday, 22000 block of Cormant Road Northeast in Kelliher. Deputies spoke to a property owner in regard to a lock cut on a cabin gate. No theft or further problems reported by the owner.
