Vicky Dosdall, of Morris, solved the Prairie Pioneer Day Medallion Hunt, locating the medallion in a tree at Kjenstad Park on Friday morning.

Dosdall said she didn't search for the medallion on Thursday, but when she heard the clue, "When you get in the way they honk at you," the image of Crystal Lake geese popped into her head and she had the location figured out. Then, it was just a matter of finding it tied in a tree, she said.

Dosdall's find comes on the 10th anniversary of her son, Tallack, finding the medallion in the Children's Medallion Hunt during Prairie Pioneer Days.

For finding the medallion, Dosdall will receive $200 in Chamber Cash.
