Practices begin Monday for Hancock High School football and volleyball
Volleyball practice for grades 9-12 will be 8-11 a.m. and noon - 2 p.m. starting on Monday, Aug. 15. Make sure you have your physical form completed and please bring a water bottle, extra running shoes and a snack or lunch for noon. Call Kristi Fehr at 392-2627 if you have questions.
Junior High volleyball practice will begin on Monday, Aug. 22, 4-6 p.m. All sixth, seventh and eighth grade girls (2011-12) are invited. Sixth and seventh graders need to be sure you have a sports physical completed. Physical forms can be picked up at the main office of Hancock School. You will need tennis shoes, knee pads, and a water bottle. You can contact Stephanie Flaten with any questions or concerns.
Hancock varsity football practice will also begin on Aug. 15 for grades 9-12. If you are interested, be in the boys locker room at 8 a.m. Practice will run from 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Bring practice clothes, spikes and completed physical and High school League forms.
Any athlete interested in playing junior high football in grades 7-8 should meet in the boys locker room on Aug. 22 at 6 p.m. Practice will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Athletes will need to bring practice clothes, shorts, t-shirts and football spikes.
