ST. PAUL – Republicans said Gov. Mark Dayton focused on a budget plan that costs too much and does not help create jobs during his third State of the State speech Wednesday night.

“Minnesota families are going to pay more, regardless of what he says,” Sen. Bill Weber, R-Luverne, said.
