Roger David Dufault age 48, of Morris, passed away Oct. 21, 2010. During this holiday season Jennifer, Joseph and Mitchell remember their husband and dad as they embark on the annual trip to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Much loved, present in spirit and watching over us from heaven, he will be missed.
Roger was born May 11, 1962, son of Donald and Jeanne (Morinville) Dufault. Raised in Columbia Heights, Roger graduated in 1980 from Columbia Heights Senior High, going on to earn a degree in Architectural Drafting at North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park. Family and friends were an important part of Roger's life. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and supporter of Ducks Unlimited. He bought an unassuming piece of land, built a shelter, and affectionately called the place The Shack. A place for the kids and guys to shoot, hunt, enjoy nature and just generally get away to relax.
