Dani Schultz eclipsed 400 career points as Morris Benson Area capped a perfect season in the Southwest Conference by upending second-place Marshall 9-1 Tuesday in girls' hockey.
The Storm finished 10-0 in the conference and are now 20-3 overall.
Schultz tallied five goals and assisted on two others for MBA to push her career point total to 403. She leads the state with 73 goals and 117 points this season.
Sam Falk and Sara Rajewsky netted two goals apiece, while Kelly Mahoney had four assists.
Rajewsky aslo had two assists for the Storm, and moved to the top of the state's assists leader board with 47.
Brooke Falk had to make just six saves in the MBA net as the Storm outshot Marshall 34-7.
Now that the Storm have wrapped up the regular season, the girls await Section 6A seedings to determine when and where they will begin playoffs. The tournament begins Saturday, but the Storm should earn one of the top two seeds, in which case they will have a home game on Tuesday, Feb. 15.
